A selection of available rooms

The large Cooper Hall has capacity for 180 people, and the Allan Duncan Room can host 16 seated at the board table comfortably. We are also able to provide our boardroom for smaller groups, one to one meetings, and break out room.

We host a range of activities throughout the week

The Red Lodge Millennium Centre also plays host to Clicks Bar & Grill, Colourbox Montessori pre-school and a number of local community groups and fitness classes. Please see our activities timetable for more info on what is here regularly.

We have been around in the background as well, managed to raise £100 delivering Cupcakes for Macmillan, bags of sweets were given to the kids of Red Lodge for Halloween, 5 spoons were hidden round Red Lodge and exchanged for an Advent Calendar, boxes of Chocolates for Kids of Red Lodge for Christmas and over 60’s Christmas dinner will be delivered as well.

The Red Lodge Millennium Centre was officially opened on the 1st December 1999 by Allan Duncan and has been serving the local community ever since. Operating as a non-profit making business we aim to provide a high standard of service at competitive prices in order to support the local community. Situated in Rural Suffolk, within easy access of the A11 and the A14, the village of Red Lodge is close to the racing town of Newmarket and Bury St Edmunds, meaning we are conveniently located for your events.

Pricelist and booking form

We offer all-inclusive packages for delegates that can be tailored to suit your exact requirements. Alternatively, you may hire just a room, and any equipment and refreshments you specify. With several rooms available to cater to all needs, from one to one meetings, up to theatre style for 180 the Millennium Centre can provide you an ideal, well priced venue for your conference.
